I was born and raised in Spokane WA. I learned budgeting and saving money at a young age from my mom who managed the family on a shoestring budget. Growing up poor I understand what it is like to live paycheck to paycheck and struggle.
As a graduate of UW I began my career at 22 in sales and worked hard to pay off my student loans in less than 2 years. I purchased my first home at 23 and learned valuable lessons in what not to do in real estate at a young age. At the age of 29 I went through a divorce and found myself with half of my money and assets. I was a single mom and knew I had to buckle down to give my daughter the best life I could. I met my husband Tim 2 years later and we got married and had 2 kids. We had done everything the " right way" when it comes to finances by not having debt, maxing out our 401K, and saving $$. What we were not doing was building wealth and that's why at the age of 40 we invested in real estate buying 2 rental properties in WA.
Tim and I made a plan to build generational wealth for our kids and wanted to do this through real estate. We purchased 2 more rentals in AZ and my passion was born! We formed an LLC and a partnership and we manage our portfolio together. We generate 10K in passive income each month and plan to teach our kids the business of real estate investing.
I was able to achieve financial freedom after 2 years in real estate investing and you can too!! I wanted to become a coach and teach conquering your financial fears to everyone because I know it is possible for anyone who is disciplined and driven. You can live the life you have envisioned and have it all, I can't wait to support you on your journey to financial freedom!
